Your public enquiry form prices a quote on the spot and emails the client a link. They pick their options, sign the agreement and pay the deposit. The booking, the invoice and their portal all switch on by themselves.
Client portal
Clients log in to their own tiles: their dates and details, planning forms, signed agreement, invoices, and a photo and video gallery afterwards.
Crew portal
Second shooters, assistants, drivers and crew get times, address and contacts, what's included and the full running order — printable. Pricing stays hidden unless you switch it on per person.

Straight answers
No. Each business gets its own separate database, its own backups and its own address. There is no shared table with everyone's clients in it.
You pick your vendor type at sign-up and your box arrives set up for it — the packages, the questions your clients get asked, and the job types. Anything that belongs to another kind of vendor simply isn't there.
No. Matching compares scrambled codes, not names or numbers. Another vendor only learns you share a job when you're both booked for the same client on the same date, and they see nothing more until you both say yes.

Yes. Contacts, jobs, venues and packages come in by spreadsheet, and we've already moved a full business off another platform — schedules, planning forms and all.
Releases are staged and tested on a copy first, then pushed in a set window — Tuesday to Thursday, business hours. Nothing ships on a Friday or a Saturday.
